We noticed that P had a loose tooth when he went to the dentist at the begining of the month. It has been getting looser and we have been trying and trying to convince him to let us pull it out. We tried everything from telling him that he would choke on it, to the tooth fairy not coming if there is no tooth to put under the pillow. (I know mean) Nothing would convince him. Today I noticed that it was holding on for dear life. We were at our friends house and the mom was telling P that her son had swallowed his first tooth. About 5 mins later P came downstairs and there was no tooth! Tonight we wrote a letter to the tooth fairy explaining what had happend. I am sure that she will come even without a tooth under the pillow!

Ezra and Preston lost the exact same tooth! :)
Ashton swallowed his 1st lost tooth in 1st grade. He was too scared to tell the teacher he'd lost a tooth and was balancing it in its original spot. He was horrified that he swallowed it, but we wrote a note to the tooth fairy and she was very understanding.
