*I am now officially a soccer mom. Pres had his first soccer game on Saturday. He loves it and even scored a goal for the other team!
*Tanner has been so sick the last few days. He is finally at the end of it and I just noticed that he is getting a second tooth. Here he is zonked out tonight with Ry.
*Our family Loves corn. Here they are being CORN MONSTERS!
*Yesterday I watched seven kiddos 4 and under (including mine). Its amazing how much I actually got done! They were so good!

First picture is of Pres and Hailey riding their horses. They get on their horses every day. Hailey says that hers is pink. Silly gooses!
The second is of them setting up a bed in the kitchen. This is also a regular occurrence at our house. They bring all of the pillows from upstairs and have a camp out. This one was included with cookies. Preston was trying so hard to put his arm around Hailey during the picture, but Hailey wanted nothing to do with him at the moment!
Hailey has been on this kick lately and always asks if I am happy. If she is being good she says, Mommy you happy? I respond with a, yes Hailey mommy is happy. When she is bad she still asks and I tell her that I am so sad. Tonight she wouldn't go to the bathroom before bed and she threw a huge fit. If she doesn't want to go she wont...even if she has to go so bad she is dancing! So I told her I wasn't happy. She ran into the bathroom and immediately went. Hope this kick lasts for a LONG time!
About three weeks ago Preston got pink eye. For the last week or so during his prayers he prays for his eyes. I don't know why it started two weeks later, AFTER his pink eye has been gone...but it has! Even during our meal prayers or family prayers he reminds us to pray for his eyes. He will always have healthy eyes!

Everytime we come home Hailey protests. She says, Hailey no go home over and over again. She loves to be out and about. I dont know what it is about being home, but its not that bad!

Fair

We took the kids to the fair on Sat. Hailey kept on saying that she wanted to ride a pink neigh (horse). Wasnt able to find one!

A few days ago Hailey recieved her fourth haircut. Only one of these haircuts have been by me and legit! The first was by Preston, second by Grandma N, third a trim by me and the fourth by her. I had just used scissors and had not put them away yet. I was standing right next to her when she did it! I didnt realize how bad it was until the next day when I put all of her into a pony tail. I wont be able to do that for a while!

Today I lost my voice and was not feeling up to pare. Ryan came home early and took Pres and Hailey to the fair so that I could take a nap. They looked at all of the animals, road a few rides and had hot dogs. Ry let them get a toy, so Pres bought a toy gun... I have always envisioned my little boys never having toy guns. I personally do not like guns in the home. (I know I know if you have them locked up or have the right training its ok...they just scare me) My envision was shot out the door! They can make guns out of anything! I even remember Hailey pointing her finger saying boom boom. Oh well! Now that I am done with my rant! Hailey did'nt want a toy and was able to go on a pony ride. Should of sent the camera with them!

Reunion # 2 of the summer

We just got back from Vendla's family reunion at the Miracle Hot Springs in Idaho. Ryan's brothers and their wives were able to meet us there, so that made it even more of a treat. The kids adore their aunts and uncles and had a great time. We swam during the day and were exhausted by night! During our ride to Idaho, every time we passed cows and horses (which was very often) Hailey would say "There are my friends". She was born into the right animal loving family! So every time you pass a horse or cow, remember that they are friends with my sweet Hailey!

This was the highlight of the trip. Aaron and Kate announced that they are going to have a baby! I am so excited! She is already four months along and is due in January. They are going to be excellent parents!
