Football

Ryan has been playing city league football for six years. I decided that today maybe I should actually take pics of him doing so! Every Saturday in Oct Nov and part of Dec our mornings are spent watching daddy play football.

Hailey loves babies so much. All day she will push them around in our yucky baby walker that I tried to sell at my yard sale for 75 cents. She also takes the stool out from the bathroom, sits on it and reads them our church books. She will make anything her babies. Lately it has been little pumpkins and today it was a piece of tape on dodgers leash. I am just glad that she has an imagination.

P's dreams

Me:Pres what did you dream about last night?
Pres:hmmmm Let me see (he closes his eyes)
Pres:about dinosaur lizards

I loved how he had to close his eyes as if going back into the dream! Funny boy!

Yet again....Hailey the artist

I have been painting boards for a bazaar that I am doing at the end of the month so the kids have been dying to paint. I wouldn't let them use my paint because I am tired of Pres ruining his clothes. Today we went to the store and got them washable paint. I gave them 2 boards to paint on and let them loose. I must have turned my back for one second and my wall was painted by Hailey. Thank goodness it was washable! I thought that it was just the one wall but I found little hand prints leading to the bathroom and on the sink. She was born to be an artist...just not on the right places!

Naps with Dad

This is how Tanner and I found ry and the kids when we came downstairs today. It was a much needed nap.
Tanner was pretty happy in his pic that he didn't have to take one yet!
We had stake conference today and got there a good 45 mins early. By the time we were done with the first hour, I had had it and told ryan that we needed to pack up and leave. We did and the kiddos had to go to their rooms When they got out we told them how Heavenly Father was sad that they weren't reverent in church. Hopefully it meant something to them.

Peach Pie

This is the first pie that I have made by myself. I know its pretty sad. Poor neglected ryan has been married to me for six years and has never been made a pie. Its not very pretty but it tasted good!

The proper way to sit in a high chair

This is usually the position that tanner eats... actually the position that he really prefers is me holding him.
Hailey wanted me to take a picture of her doing it as well. After I took it she fell of the chair. The funny thing is, when I was little I remember always sitting in an awkward way while eating. I remember mom always tell me to sit "normal". I guess I know who he gets it from.

Teddy bear pajama party

Friday Preston had teddy bear pajama party at preschool, so I put on my jammies and went with him. We read books, played with puzzles (his favorite thing to do) and had bear paw cookies and apple cider.
The cookies were dipped in chocolate and had cereal on them for the claws. As I bit into mine I tasted coffee. I looked down at the table filled with 4 LDS little boys who were scarfing them down. I wanted to yell STOP STOP eating but I didn't! I guess it could have been worse!

Tanner has become quite the little talker the last few days. This afternoon he was playing with my phone and was saying hello or heo. Tonight I went with my mom to tri cities and on the way home he was so stinking tired that he cried to whole time. I thought for sure he would go right to sleep when we got home. But after he got done nursing he sat up and squealed. He saw Dodger and kept on saying Da er in a high voice...so cute! He kept on falling on his face on the bed. He was trying so hard to stay awake. I couldnt stop laughing! This age is so much fun.

Harvest Party

On Friday Prestons preschool had a harvest party. They sang a few songs including peanut butter and jelly. Preston has been so excited to sing this for us but when he got up to sing it was a different story. He does not like to perform for a crowd! Even during the primary program ryan had to sit up with him on the stand. Its so scary being in front of a crowd!

Halloween

Pretty little fairy

At around 5:00 Halloween night we were greeted by an old man and a scary witch! Vendla and Kerry came to take the kiddos trick or treating. Pres wouldnt let the witch by him and hid behind ryan. Hailey wasnt quite sure and Tanner did better than I thought her would. They did such a great job on their costumes, it was hard to recognize them! What a fun night.

Whenever Hailey sees one of her manas she asks for lipstick. She will even take it from a scary witch mana!
