Life is good....

On Saturday night we had a huge snow storm. So big that church was canceled and on Monday, Ry's work was even cancelled. Our good friends across the street invited us to play cards. (I know I know...great thing to do on the Sabbath!) We always joke about how we need to dig a tunnel to join our houses together since we are together so much. Today Jason just decided to clear a path to the house instead. What great service!



We would throw the dogs their toy outside and they would get lost in the snow!

Noses

Tanner learned where his nose was the other day! You have to ask him alot but eventually he will do it.


Speaking of noses! I was putting Hailey to put and we were laying down with our noses touching. This was our conversation:
H:us noses are big
M:no Hailey, you have a cute little nose
H:(very persistent) no us two have big noses!
I have always been a little self conscious about my nose and to hear it from my sweet Innocent little girl was fabulous! I am ok...don't worry!!:)

On Saturday Ryan took Pres to a high school basketball game. Before they left pres asked ry if there were going to be alot of girls there. Ry told him probably and thought that would be the end of the conversation. When they got there he asked again! I hope that this is Not a sign of what is to come!
While at the game ry got p a pop. Not just any pop...dr pepper. He has had sips of ours but never his own. They met me at my friends play place and he was crazy. Literally bouncing off the walls! I had never seen him like that! It will be his first full pop and last for a while!

Oh what a wonderful day!!!

Done with my shopping and my wallet has gone missing
Still haven't found my wallet
Cancelled all cards and decide to go home
Just on the freeway and I see beautiful red and blue lights flashing behind me

Great day...but I found some darn cute clothes and ry gets to come home after being gone since Monday

I really need to be more careful on what I say! This morning when Preston was having a hard time zipping up his coat I hear Hailey say, Are you Freakin kidding me?! Oh what a sweetie!

Egg hunt in January!

Ryan is gone for 4 days, its colder than freezing outside and we need something to do! So I put fruit snacks in Easter eggs and the kids went on an egg hunt! They want to do it again tomorrow night.


About 6 times a day Tanner climbs the stairs, explores for a minute and then sits at the top and yells for me to come get him! I never know that he has gone upstairs until I hear him. I really need to get a baby gate before he gets brave enough to come down.
